The manufacturing of drive components is part of our core business. For the production of components we use all kind of materials like gray cast iron, cast steel, cast-bronze, synthetic materials and many more.
In the field of drive components we are able to offer the following product range:
- spur wheel sets
- case hardened gear wheels diameter up to 1500 mm, non-case hardened diameter up to 3000 mm
- spur and helical gear wheels case hardened diameter up to 1250 mm, non-case hardened diameter up to 3000 mm
- worm gear sets diameter up to 2300 mm and up to 400 mm between axes
- lapped and ground bevel gears diameter up to 750 mm
- grinded spiral bevel gears diameter up to 700 mm
- splined shafts
- internal gears diameter up to 1040 mm
- girth gears diameter unlimited, segment length up to 1665 mm
- flexible and rigid couplings torque up to 150 kNm
