Our main target is to secure customer's production processes. Therefore gear service will not only be made by the personnel of our four gear factories. We have a world wide network with partner companies all over the world. Those partners have authorized and special trained service personnel. With this network we are on-site in all major markets of the world.  

Service quality

In 1991 Kumera got the ISO 9001 certificate of quality. The quality of the gear components will be verified by certificates for row materials and heat treatment as well as dimension records. Every gear unit produced or repaired in our factory has to pass a test run before it is released for delivery.
